Job Description

• Receive and inspect incoming stock for quality and quantity.
• Properly label and store items in designated locations.
• Maintain stock records manually or using inventory management software.
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
• Issue items as per requisition and update stock levels accordingly.
• Monitor expiry dates and condition of perishable or sensitive items.
• Ensure safe handling and storage of hazardous or delicate goods.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for timely stock replenishment.
• Report stock discrepancies or damages to the appropriate authority.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure store environment.
