Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain receipts, inspect and record withdrawals of the stockroom.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
• Organize and maintain an efficient and tidy warehouse.
• Stock card management.
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discripancies.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder materials when necessary.
• Verify received goods based on agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity.
• Follow all relevant operational procedures and ensure the store activities are carried out in a consistent manner.
• Carry out other duties as may be assigned by management.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in storekeeping or inventory management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pay attention to details.
