Storekeeper (Finished Goods Warehouse) at Apple and Pears Limited

About the Role

• We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage the Finished Goods Warehouse of our food manufacturing operation.
• The ideal candidate will have strong experience in warehouse management, stock handling, and documentation within a manufacturing or FMCG environment. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate stock control, timely order dispatch, and efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Finished Goods Warehouse.
• Receive finished products from production and update inventory records accurately.
• Issue products for dispatch based on approved sales orders and delivery schedules.
• Maintain up-to-date stock records and perform periodic cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages, overstocking, and product damage.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and arrangement of goods to maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate with logistics, production, and sales teams for smooth product movement.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety procedures, and compliance with GMP and company standards.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
• Operate warehouse tools and systems (inventory software, scanners, etc.) efficiently.

Requirements

• OND / HND / BSc in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–4 years’ experience in warehouse or finished goods management, preferably in manufacturing/FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and documentation.
• Excellent organizational, numerical, and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle physically demanding tasks.
• Must reside in Sagamu or nearby environs.
