Storekeeper at BGI Energy Services Limited

Responsibilities

• Receive Materials into store/warehouse
• Dispense materials
• Carry regular stock reconciliations of materials
• Track and manage the company’s inventory.
• Ensure that inventory levels are accurate.
• Properly account for inventory.
• Minimize inventory wastage
• Perform all other functions as assigned by Management.
• Maintain a neat, clean and safe working environment as per government regulation
• Manage the store layout
• Inspect delivers for discrepancy or damage
• Report damaged inventories for record-keeping and reimbursement
• Keep an organized allocation of inventory placed in warehouse and store
• Cross-verify the monthly report at the end of each month
• Ensure proper completion of documentation to place an order and make a purchase
• Ensure storage of materials follow the first in first out (FIFO) method
• Assist in handling organisation's daily tasks
• Assist in packing orders.

Qualifications

• Minimum - OND / HND / B.Sc
• Computer literate
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Good people skills and friendly disposition
• Work experience as in a stock and Inventory related field will be an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
