Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Store Keeper to manage inventory and ensure the efficient operation of our storage facilities.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing materials, as well as maintaining accurate records of inventory levels.
• The Store Keeper will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure timely supply availability and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials and supplies for quality and quantity.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Organize and manage the storage area to ensure optimal space utilization.
• Prepare and process requisitions for materials and supplies as needed.
• Issue materials to various departments while keeping precise records.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage and loss.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to manage stock replenishment.
• Adhere to safety and health regulations within the storage area.
• Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory management or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Store Keeper or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to handle heavy materials and perform manual tasks.
