    Storekeeper

    Job Description

    • The Store Keeper is responsible for the organization, management, and maintenance of the company's warehouse, inventory, and supplies. They ensure efficient storage, tracking, and distribution of all materials, goods, and equipment needed for business operations.

    Duties

    • Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of all materials, products, and equipment
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using inventory management software
    • Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure inventory accuracy
    • Optimize storage space and layout to maximize efficiency and accessibility
    • Implement and enforce proper storage, handling, and safety protocols
    • Coordinate with purchasing and production teams to ensure timely replenishment of supplies
    • Supervise and train store room staff, including stock clerks and material handlers
    • Prepare and submit periodic inventory and storage reports
    • Ensure the warehouse and storage areas are kept clean, organized, and well-maintained
