JOB SUMMARY 

•  The Store Operations Team Lead will oversee daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a premium store ambiance. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Open and manage the store daily, ensuring operational readiness and a premium ambiance (cleanliness, layout, music, etc.).
• Train and develop team members on policies, products, and customer service excellence.Develop and execute local sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. 
• Monitor inventory levels, ensure accurate stock records, and maintain reorder levels for high-end products. 
• Manage daily banking operations and financial reconciliations. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role in the luxury retail industry or a similar high-end sector. 
• Training in Customer Service and Financial Management is an advantage.
