Store Officer at Lance Trend

Job Summary:

The Store Officer is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper storage and issuance of goods, and supporting smooth supply chain operations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of all stock levels and transactions.
• Issue materials and items to departments based on authorized requests.
• Monitor stock movement and conduct regular inventory checks.
• Ensure proper storage conditions and labeling for all items.
• Prepare and submit stock reports (monthly) to management.
• Track re-order levels and alert management when stock needs replenishing.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards within the store.
• Support internal audits and reconciliation processes.
• Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to ensure proper documentation and record accuracy.

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–3 years experience as a Store Officer or Inventory Officer, preferably in the IT or FMCG industry.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Salary Range: ₦80,000 – ₦100,000 monthly
