Store Officer at Gatimo Apparel

Responsibilities / Deliverables / Outcome

• Relate with all units in the production department for any item needed for efficient work process to procurement unit for purchase and storage.
• Follow up with procurement officer for material and accessories needed in the production floor
• Receive and keep all materials and accessories with proper records of its usage in the store.
• Responsible for documentation of receipts received for material and accessories purchases received from vendors.
• Liaise with the audit department for inspection of the materials and accessories received before storage.
• Creation of codes for fabrics and accessories received and inputting them in the retail pro software.
• Day to day stock record update, control and proper housekeeping of materials and accessories.
• Liaise with buying and map team for the creation of codes for merchandize produced in the production department.
• Prepare pricing options of merchandize produced in the production department for approval from CRO.
• Transfer all merchandise produced in the production to warehouse accordingly.
• With production manager and merchandise team, get weekly sales analysis updates of all items produced in the production department.
• Coordination with production, accounts, logistics, buying, map etc. to ensure smooth movements of goods and activities.
• Perform any other task assigned.
