Store Officer at Chessington Schools

• Inventory Management - maintaining accurate records of stock levels, conducting regular audits, and ensuring timely replenishment of goods.
• Receiving - Receiving, inspecting, verifying incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes, and preparing orders for distribution to the students.
• Storage and organisation - Organising and maintaining storage areas to optimise space and improve accessibility.
• Documentation and reporting - Maintaining  inventory logs, transaction logs, transaction records and producing  reports on inventory status and discrepancies.
• Problem-solving skills - To handle any issues regarding inventory or storage

Qualification

• A high School Diploma OND/HND
• Familiarity with inventory management software
• Strong attention to detail with ability to work with all Microsoft Applications.
• Previous experience in similar roles
