• Recruit, train, and mentor staff

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar retail management role
• Proficient with POS systems and retail software
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to resolve issues efficiently and professionally
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Solid understanding of the retail sales process.
