Store Manager at Persianas Retail Limited

Job Description: 

A leading retail franchise business is seeking to hire a driven, goal- oriented Store Manager who is responsible for the overall store management. Some of the duties of a store manager are to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Have strong communication skills that makes customers feel welcome in our store, help identify client needs, market our products and services. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards 
• Process transactions, including cash handling, credit card transactions, and gift card sales.
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)
• Source, hire, train, and oversee new staff, leading by example and ensuring efficiency in the training process

Requirements

• Minimum of a High school degree. 
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in store manager or similar role in the retail industry.
• Proficiency in using computer software and POS systems.
• Strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Superb organizational, leadership and time management skills
• Understanding of the retail sales process.
