Store Manager at First Excelsia

Our client, a key distributor of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) is seeking to engage the services of a Store Manager who will be responsible for the management of the end-to-end activities in and around the store. The successful candidate will be in charge of enhancing customer satisfaction, meeting sales and profitability goals effectively.

Job Description:

• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Ensure high level of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual marketing standard
• Completes store operational requirements by scheduling, assigning and following up on work result
• Develop business plans to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
• Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND from a recognized institution
• Must have minimum of 2 years’ proven experience as a Store Manager or Shop Manager preferably in the FMCG sector
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
• Strong organizational and management skills  
• Candidates who reside around the island and not older than 28 years would be preferred
