    Store Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the business operations to ensure all staff are performing their duties effectively.
    • Develop and implement business strategies that will increase sales, expand the target market and improve productivity.
    • Ensure that customer satisfaction is highly maintained through quality and excellent service delivery.
    • Supervise, monitor, and motivate subordinates through regular meetings and reviews to achieve targeted sales goals.
    • Train all teams on quality customer service and experience to build relationships and maintain customer loyalty.
    • Manage the store administration, environment, standards, and compliance with procedures and policies.
    • Conduct research on customer needs, innovation, and market trends to identify new business approaches.
    • Recommend new business ideas to the management to promote profitable and sustainable growth.
    • Apply excellent conflict resolution skills to handle clients’ complaints or staff grievances that will affect relationships and business success.
    • Ensure proper work conduct, business ethics, and performance that subordinates can emulate and imitate for high effectiveness.

    Qualifications

    • A Degree in Business Administration, Management or a similar field.
    • A minimum of 3 years of practice and experience.
    • Effective time management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to communicate strongly both orally and in writing.
    • Competent knowledge of Microsoft applications.
    • An understanding of fundamental accounting and recording of reports.
    • Mastery of effective marketing principles.
    • Adequate customer service orientation and conflict management skills.
    • Maximum teamwork and leadership skills.
    • Ability to think critically and be proactive.
