    Store Manager

    • As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the store. You’ll lead and inspire a team of passionate individuals to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and ensure the store reflects the high standards of the Apple brand.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead, mentor, and develop your store team to perform at their best.
    • Ensure the store consistently meets or exceeds unit, financial, and developmental targets.
    • Maintain an in-depth understanding of Apple products and solutions to create a store synonymous with everything Mac in the eyes of your customers.
    • Manage all in-store operations, including staffing, stock, merchandising, and customer experience.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with regional and head office teams.
    • Analyse and report on store performance, trends, and customer insights.
    • Uphold high standards in visual merchandising and brand representation.
    • Drive operational excellence and identify areas for continuous improvement.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Completed Nigerian Senior Secondary Certificate Ordinary (NSSCO).
    • Minimum 5 years' experience leading large teams in a high-turnover, complex retail environment.
    • Strong leadership and matrix management skills with the ability to drive collaboration across multiple departments.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment while maintaining strategic oversight.
    • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
    • Strong operational and reporting skills, with experience using data to make informed decisions.
