Salary: 80,00 - 120,000
Job Description: We are hiring a competent store keeper for our client, a food manufacturing company, the store personnel must be experienced in store management and inventory control also with good accounting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Keep up-to-date records of receipts, records, and withdrawals from the stockroom
Responsible for packing, pricing, labeling, and returning supplies
Liaise with the management and the line managers for stock procurements and product supplies.
Responsible for stock rotation and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
Manage supplier relations and database as well as maintain high ethical relationships both internally and externally
Create purchase orders and utilize purchasing card to perform low-value procurement activities
Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders
Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders
Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
Job Requirements:
Academic qualifications in any management/science courses.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in store management or inventory keeping.
Strong knowledge of computer use and Microsoft office suites i.e word, excel, outlooks, e.t.c
Good communication, written and interpersonal relationship skills
Good accounting and basic mathematical skills.
Strong management skills
