The jobholder is to support the efficient operation of the store by receiving, recording, storing, issuing, and monitoring materials and inventory, while maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring that materials are readily available when required.

Requirements

• Ordinary National Diploma (OND) from a reputable tertiary institution
• Two (2) years’ work experience, within a reputable and structured organisation 
• General Administration experience 
• Previous experience in warehouse/store/inventory operations
• Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA / Inventory Management or other ERP/WMS inventory management systems would be preferred
• Good knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation and material movements
• Excellent Excel (key requirement) and reporting skills
• Good attention to detail and documentation skills
