Store Assistant at Whitefield Hotels Limited

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for all the proper documentation and and distribution of all goods entering the hotel.
• Prepare receiving records and daily receiving reports.
• Ensure that receiving records are used in strict numerical sequence.
• Ensure that all merchandise entring the hotel is distributed to the respective department or storeroom as soon as possible.
• Ensure all outgoing goods, such as empty beverage containers and equipment sent out for repair are properly documented and accounted for.
• Follow up with purchasing officer at the end of each month to ensure that all orders have arrived and cooperate in investigating any late deliveries.
• Comply with hotel's accounting standard manual.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 2 - 3 years work experience.
• Applicants with accounting backround should apply.
• Candidates should be Ilorin residents.
