As the Stock Controller, you will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, conducting stock counts, and ensuring accurate stock records to support efficient warehouse and distribution operations.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records
Monitor stock movement including receipts, transfers, and dispatches
Identify and report discrepancies in inventory and support resolution processes
Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation for audit purposes
Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure proper stock handling
Requirements
Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
2–3 years experience in inventory control, stock counting, or warehouse operations
Professional certification such as CILT or related supply chain certification is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock reconciliation
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
