Job Summary

• We need an experienced Stitching Machine Operator to run and maintain stitching / binding machines for paper products such as notebooks and booklets.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust stitching machines for paper production.
• Ensure neat, accurate, and secure stitching.
• Inspect finished products for quality.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Meet daily production and quality targets.

Requirements

• 2–3 years experience in stitching/binding within a paper manufacturing or printing environment.
• Good machine handling and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting.
