STEM Graduate Trainee at Fadac Resources

Job Summary

• Our client is seeking motivated and analytical STEM graduates to join their team as Graduate Trainees.
• The ideal candidates should have a background in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, demonstrate a willingness to learn, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates who attended polytechnics in Ibadan or Port Harcourt and currently reside in or around either location.

Key Responsibilities

• Support technical and operational activities within assigned departments.
• Assist with data collection, analysis, reporting, and documentation.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to workplace challenges.
• Participate in training programmes and assigned projects.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational objectives.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with established procedures.
• Support process improvement initiatives and other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND with Upper Credit in a relevant STEM discipline; candidates with higher qualifications are also welcome.
• 0–3 years of relevant work experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively.
• Must be willing and available to work in Ibadan or Port Harcourt.
• Preference for candidates who attended polytechnics in Ibadan or Port Harcourt and reside within or close to the respective locations.
