Job Description

• We are looking for a proactive and responsible Station Supervisor to oversee daily station operations and ensure smooth, efficient service delivery.
• The ideal candidate will manage staff, monitor station activities, ensure safety and compliance, resolve customer issues, and maintain high operational standards.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fuel station operations, ensuring smooth service and minimal downtime.
• Supervise station attendants and support staff, manage schedules, and monitor performance.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, including proper handling of fuels and hazardous materials.
• Manage inventory of fuel, lubricants, and station supplies, and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and emergencies, maintaining excellent customer service at all times.

Job Requirement

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Previous supervisory or operations experience is an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
