The person in this position is responsible for assisting the outlet manager is coordinating daily station operation, maintain prompt and accurate cash control at the station by ensuring regular remission of cash by the attendants at agreed interval.
Regularly work with other station staff in meeting sales budget and act as first point of contact in the resolution of customer queries
RESPONSIBILITES
Assist the Manager in daily station operations
Schedule and monitor the tasks of the station attendants
Daily safety drill of the service station personnel
Maintain inventory query control of materials, items and products
Responsible for daily product discharge operations at the station
Maintain cash control and cash evacuation policy.
Ensure product discharge operation manuals/procedures are adhered to
