Helpmum is seeking passionate and communitydriven State Officers to support the implementation of maternal and child health initiatives across assigned state
The role focuses on driving immunization awareness, onboarding users to digital health tools, and strengthening collaboration with healthcare workers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with healthcare workers to support and promote routine immunization programs.
Introduce and promote Helpmum chatbot services to pregnant women.
Ensure pregnant women are successfully registered and actively using the chatbot.
Support nursing mothers in registering their children on the vaccination tracker app.
Drive adoption and awareness of SmartMRS within healthcare facilities.
Engage with local communities to increase awareness of maternal and child health services.
Represent Helpmum at stakeholder meetings, community forums, and health-related events.
Provide regular reports on activities, progress, challenges, and impact in the state.
Requirements
Background in public health, community health, or related field.
Experience working with healthcare workers or community programs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage field activities.
Familiarity with digital tools or willingness to learn.
Must be based in or familiar with the assigned state.
