Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Startup Growth Hacker @ iKooK.
• The Growth Hacker will be responsible for conducting web analytics, optimizing conversions, developing marketing strategies, and implementing growth hacking techniques.
• The role is located in Lagos State, Nigeria, but some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Growth Hacking and Marketing Strategy skills
• Experience in Web Analytics and Conversion Optimization
• Demonstrated success in Marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

What You’ll Do

• Build and optimize acquisition funnels (paid + organic)
• Launch retention experiments and referral systems
• Craft go-to-market strategies for features and new regions
• Own performance metrics (CAC, LTV, activation rates, etc.)
• Roll up your sleeves and post, write, tweak, and test
