    Sponsorship Sales Representative

    • We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sponsorship Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and potential sponsors, while effectively promoting and selling sponsorship packages for various events and initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Proactively seek out new sponsorship opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
    • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sponsorship revenue targets.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations.
    • Negotiate and close sponsorship deals, ensuring mutual benefits for both clients and the organization.
    • Monitor and report on sponsorship performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's sponsorship portfolio.
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of the market, competition, and industry trends to stay ahead in the sponsorship landscape.

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sponsorship sales or a related field.
    • Proven track record of successfully selling sponsorship packages and achieving sales targets.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Strong networking abilities and the capacity to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    •  Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
