Implement activities related to onboarding of suppliers.
Serve as the interface between the Legal Department and other internal functions on implementation of sub-contract strategies and sub-contract risk management.
Provide expert advice and support in the development and assessment of recovery plans as well as corrective and preventative actions related to subcontract claims and disputes.
Support Category Management teams with expert advice.
Review bid clarifications/ qualifications and related documentation.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms.
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Senior Specialist, Contract Management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Law
Relevant certifications in contract management and/ or contract dispute resolution will be an asset.
+5-7 years’ cognate experience in contract negotiation, drafting, and interpretation.
