As a Special Needs Teacher, you will work with preschool to grade 6 students, providing tailored education and support to help each child reach their full potential.
What You’ll Do
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet each student’s unique needs.
Create a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment.
Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to ensure holistic development.
Use innovative strategies to support emotional, social, and academic growth.
What We’re Looking For
A degree in Special Education or a related field.
Experience working with children with special needs, preferably preschool to grade 6.
Strong knowledge of developmental and behavioral strategies.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
