Role Description

This remote contract role requires your ability to

• conduct online tutoring sessions for kids and adults;
• evaluate learners’ progresses;
• create a supportive learning atmosphere;
• adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs;
• facilitate engagement and interaction in PLI’s community groups.

Qualifications

• C1 or C2 proficiency in using the following languages:Spanish.
• Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
• Ability to create lesson plans and engaging learning activities.
• Flexibility and adaptability in adjusting teaching methods.
• Computer savvy and experience in online tutoring.
• Strong communication skills.
