Spa Therapist / Aesthetician at C & I Leasing Plc

Responsibilities

• A pleasing personality is a skill you probably won’t often see as a requirement for aesthetic nurses. However, having a welcoming personality is an asset in this field.
• Aside from being technically skilled, the candidate must also know how to show empathy, comfort a patient’s fears, and entertain their questions with proper body language, bedside manner, and tone of voice to establish good rapport.
• Analyze individual Client requests.-Injection of:
  • Neurotoxins
  • Fillers
  • Collagen
  • Sclerotherapy
• Skin treatments including:
  • Hydrafacials
  • Photofacials
  • Microdermabrasion
  • Chemical peels
  • Light therapy
  • Skin rejuvenation
  • Tattoo removal
  • Non-surgical body contouring
  • Cold therapy
  • Laser treatments
  • Microneedling
  • Other non-surgical, anti-aging treatments
• Communicate, and manage Client expectations regarding treatment success.
• Call in all Client prescriptions.

Qualifications / Skills & Experience

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in a Healthcare field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience.
• A deep understanding of medications and substances used in the aesthetics field;
• Knowledge of physiology and anatomy, especially of the skin and underlying tissues;
• Strong analytical skills; Familiarity with the equipment used; and
• Excellent communication skills.
