Sonographer / Radiographer at Isalu Hospitals

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Sonographer/ Radiographer to join our dynamic healthcare team, if you are passionate about medical imaging and Patient care, we want to hear from you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure patient comfort, safety and confidentiality.
• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including Ultrasound, X-ray and other relevant modalities as directed.
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures and explain the process clearly.
• Ensure high quality images are obtained and properly stored in theHospitals’ imaging system. 
• Maintain and operation imaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure patient comfort, safety and confidentiality at all times
• Provide timely facility management and performance reports.
• Work closely with Radiologists and other members of the healthcare team for accurate diagnosis.
• Maintain accurate record and reports of procedures performed

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS.

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Radiography, Sonography or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 2 years' cognitive experience in a hospital or Clinical setting. (Experience in both Ultrasound & X-ray is an added advantage.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Good Knowledge of imaging techniques and anatomy
• Proficiency in operating ultra sound and X-ray equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and diagnostic accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal  skills
