    Solutions Partners Manager

    As a Solutions Partners Manager your role is diverse with duties ranging from developing partner development strategies, business line expansion plans, business cases and all-things operational for key partners, to managing the go-to-market activities of recently acquired partners. You will have the support you need to be successful, with functional resources in Sales, Professional Services, Technical Account Management and Product Development that will drive solutions for our Partners, you will have a comprehensive induction and training program to ensure you deliver exceptional customer service.  


    • Deliver operational success and growth of InfoWARE core products and services through strategic partnership including FINTECHs, Learning Institutions, Investment Management Firms and other relevant players in the ecosystem.
    • Build relationships with Partners’ Management Team to drive trust, confidence, loyalty, awareness and mutual benefit.
    • Be seen as an InfoWARE Technology Platform subject matter expert that partners rely on for product and platform advisory.
    • Support professional service and other cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for Partners.
    •  Understand Partners’ product pain points and wish list; understands priorities and urgency; communicates this knowledge to InfoWARE Product Development Team to define ongoing development of InfoWARE’s solutions and platform
    • Drive thinking on key business metrics for partnerships, taking responsibility for mobilizing partners and internal resources to execute to meet objectives.
    • Prepare strategy documents, quarterly business reviews, and executive presentations.
    • Demonstrate expertise in managing partner integrations projects. Establish and manage project and client enablement plans through to successful launch.
    • Use interpersonal skills to build strong, lasting relationships with partners. Actively connect other touchpoints between InfoWARE and partner organizations.
    • Create, maintain, and drive compliance with continuing partner communication and collaboration mechanisms, processes and routines that ensure effective two-way communication, eliminate confusion and error, and facilitate swift escalations and issue resolution when necessary.
    • Build and continuously evolve your knowledge of InfoWARE's product offerings. Become an expert in conveying both the value proposition and key technical integration components as a means to addressing partner issues and discovering opportunities for new partnership engagements.
    • Drive partner growth, focusing on driving strategic complex business relationships that secure the long-term growth and business objectives of InfoWARE.


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics, and other Physical Sciences courses.
    • MUST have completed NYSC
    • 2- 5 years’ Work experience.
    • Work experience in ICT industry would be an added advantage.
    • Adaptability to work independently and part of a team bringing in experts when needed  
    • Passion for technology and learning.
    • Knowledge of key players and professional network within the platform landscape and ecosystems a distinct advantage
    • Results oriented, self-motivated & a “hands on” person with proven ability to achieve your teams’ objectives & targets.
    • Think creatively, lead strategically and communicate effectively.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, negotiation and presentation skills required.
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
    • Self-motivated, assertive, analytical, and confident.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships and team objectives.
    • Be able to think out of the box.
    • Passion for technology and learning.
