Solutions Architect – ERP/CRM Experience at Gurugeeks Royalty Limited

Are you a Solution Architect with experience in designing ERP/CRM software applications in relation to organisation's business processes and ready to work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams.  to ensure that the solutions meet the business needs and requirements. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Design and develop ERP/CRM solutions that meet business needs and requirements 
• Architecting solutions in readiness for deployment as a SaaS product. 
• Proffer viable solution options, with industry best practices, to various levels of management and influencing decisions that cause customer success. 
• Providing technical expertise/thought leadership in ERP Platform implementation. 
• Work with business stakeholders to identify and document business requirements 
• Collaborate with project managers and development teams to create project plans and schedules 
• Ensure the solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure 
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for the ERP/CRM solutions 
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams 
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field 
• Minimum of 3-10 years of experience in ERP/CRM solutions architecture and implementation 
• Strong understanding of ERP/CRM systems and related technologies such as databases, middleware, and programming languages 
• Exposure to CRM / ERP (sales, service, marketing) 
• Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks (such as SAFE), Business Process analysis and design background 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Relevant ERP/CRM certifications such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or others may be preferred depending on the organization's needs.
