• We are seeking a highly skilled Software System Tester to join our team at a Tax Billing and Collection Portal.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in software testing, particularly in tax billing and collection.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for the tax billing and collection portal
• Analyze test results and report bugs to the development team
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve issues
• Work with project managers to ensure that testing timelines are met
• Conduct both manual and automated testing
• Develop and maintain testing documentation
• Stay up-to-date with the latest software testing technologies and methodologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in software testing, particularly in tax billing and collection domain
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes
• Experience with manual and automated testing tools
• Knowledge of SQL and scripting languages
• Experience with bug-tracking tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• This is a project-based contract, payment is negotiable
• Must be resident in Abuja; hybrid work schedule
