    Software Support Engineer

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a highly skilled Software Support Engineer with a strong background in software development and a passion for delivering exceptional technical support.
    • The ideal candidate will have experience with ASP.NET, C#, and MS SQL Server, along with expertise in front-end design and development. If you thrive in a fast-paced, Agile environment and are eager to enhance customer satisfaction through technical problem-solving,

    Responsibilities

    • Provide advanced support for software applications by identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues.
    • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve bugs or performance problems.
    • Assist in debugging and analyzing code in ASP.NET, C#, and MS SQL Server environments while participating in implementing fixes and system improvements.
    • Resolve user interface and design-related issues using expertise in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and jQuery, and support the development and maintenance of front-end GUIs to meet functional and design standards.
    • Work within Agile frameworks, including SCRUM or Kanban, to support iterative development, provide progress updates, and participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint reviews and retrospectives.
    • Identify recurring issues and propose long-term solutions to enhance system reliability, while documenting processes, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in knowledge bases and ticketing systems.

    Requirements

    • A graduate of mathematics, computer science preferable.
    • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in software development, with expertise in:
      • ASP.NET
      • C# (Object-Oriented Programming)
      • MS SQL Server
    • Strong front-end development skills, including HTML/CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and jQuery.
    • Experience with Bootstrap and/or KnockoutJS for responsive and dynamic UI development.
    • Exposure to Agile development methodologies (SCRUM or Kanban).
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
    • Knowledge of MS Azure or other cloud platforms.
    • Experience with ASP.NET MVC framework.
    • Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques.
