Software Project Management Assistant at eHealth4everyone

We are looking to hire an IT Project Management Professional who will ensure excellent execution of activities within planned timelines and scope and can work efficiently with little or no supervision. S\\he will apply software development methodologies such as scrum, kanban etc. to drive product development in an agile way, ensuring that quality products are made based on user defined requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing software life-cycle methodology

• Assembling and coordinating project team members; assigning individual responsibilities

• Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence

• Conducting risk assessments for projects

• Coordinating the roll-out of beta and production releases

• Inspecting projects for quality assurance

• Ensuring customer satisfaction through post-project debrief with clients

• Developing schedules and methods for measuring results

Requirements: Minimum of a B.Sc. or B.Tech. in Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science or related courses. Certification in Project management is an added advantage. Candidates must also reside in Abuja.

Experience & Skills: 

• Minimum of one year working experience as a Software/IT project assistant/manager.

• Experience in software development is a plus. You must understand the software development cycle. 

• Experience in data analysis or information technology is also required.

• S/he should have good knowledge of software project management tools such as Trello, Clickup, Asana, MS project, Google Sheets etc, and be familiar with agile development. 

• An ability to work on multiple projects and tasks at the same time.

• Business strategy aptitude

• Decision-making and leadership skills.

• Project Planning and Execution, Requirements Gathering, and Estimation skill
