Job Description

• Implementation/support consultants are representative of our organization, they work with our clients in the implementation of software and provide continuous support to clients using our software in resolving concerns and issues as they arise during the course of their daily transactions.
• We provide our consultants with adequate training to enable them carry out their jobs productively.

Job Responsibilities

• Consultants will acknowledge emails from the client
• Consultants must attempt all requests from clients regarding their concern
• Consultants will support clients via Email, Team Viewer, or visitation to the client site and through telephone calls for resolution of issues that may arise in the course of their daily transactions.
• Consultants must meet turnaround time as specified for the job
• Consultants must provide adequate follow-up with clients on issue resolution and give feedback to clients and the organization.
• Consultants must have good communication skills, problem-solving, and time-management skills and must be able to work within a team.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in relevant fields with 3 - 7 years work experience.
