About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Software Developer / Support (Mid-Level) to join our IT team. This role combines software development with application support responsibilities. The successful candidate will contribute to coding, debugging, maintaining applications, and providing second-line support to end users.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications based on business requirements.
• Debug and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Provide support for in-house and third-party applications, handling escalations from Level 1 support teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user needs and design solutions.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for software and support processes.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and release deployments.
• Suggest improvements for system performance, functionality, and user experience.

Qualifications:

• BSc/HND in Computer Science or Numerate discipline.

Certifications:

• Relevant Microsoft/Developer certifications.

Experience:

• 3-5 years using VB.NET/C#, 3 years SQL Server & Oracle DB, ORM frameworks, 1-2 years cloud/DevOps.

Special Requirements:

• Experience with mobile apps, UI frameworks, automated testing frameworks.
