As the Social Media Officer, you will be responsible for creating engaging digital content, managing social media presence, and enhancing brand visibility through compelling storytelling and community engagement.
Responsibilities
Create photo, video, and written content for digital and social media platforms
Manage social media engagement and promote positive patient and customer experiences
Support marketing campaigns, events, and community outreach activities through content creation
Collect customer feedback, testimonials, and online reviews to strengthen brand credibility
Track content performance and prepare periodic social media reports
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Arts, or a related field
1–3 years' experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing
Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar content creation tools
Strong copywriting, photography, videography, and storytelling skills
Excellent communication, creativity, and interpersonal skills.
