Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative, digitally savvy, and results-oriented Social Media Marketer to manage and grow the company’s online presence and promote its properties, real estate projects, investment opportunities, and corporate activities across relevant digital platforms.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing social media strategies, creating and publishing engaging content, managing the company’s social media pages, generating leads through digital campaigns, engaging with online audiences, and monitoring social media performance.
• The role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, copywriting, audience engagement, digital advertising, lead generation, and social media analytics.
• The ideal candidate should be creative, proactive, organized, and able to translate the company’s property offerings and business objectives into compelling digital content.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy:

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall marketing and business objectives.
• Plan campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, lead generation, and sales.
• Identify suitable platforms, content formats, and marketing approaches for different target audiences.
• Develop strategies for promoting properties, projects, investment opportunities, and company initiatives online.
• Continuously review and improve social media strategies based on audience response and performance data.

Content Creation & Publishing:

• Create, curate, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop creative concepts for posts, Reels, videos, graphics, carousels, Stories, and other digital content.
• Write compelling captions, headlines, hooks, calls-to-action, and promotional copy.
• Develop content that clearly communicates property features, benefits, locations, pricing, investment opportunities, and company activities.
• Adapt content appropriately for different platforms and target audiences.
• Ensure all published content maintains a consistent and professional brand identity.

Social Media Page Management:

• Manage the company’s social media accounts and ensure regular, consistent, and timely publishing.
• Maintain accurate profile information, page presentation, and brand assets.
• Schedule content using relevant social media management tools.
• Monitor comments, direct messages, mentions, and other audience interactions.
• Respond promptly and professionally to relevant enquiries and potential client interactions.
• Escalate sales-related enquiries to the appropriate team when necessary.

Lead Generation & Digital Marketing:

• Develop social media campaigns designed to generate qualified property leads.
• Support paid social media advertising campaigns across relevant platforms.
• Create and test different content and advertising variations to improve campaign performance.
• Work with the sales and marketing teams to ensure social media leads are properly captured and followed up.
• Monitor the quality and volume of leads generated through digital channels.
• Identify opportunities to improve social media-to-sales conversion.

Content Calendar & Campaign Planning:

• Develop and maintain a structured social media content calendar.
• Plan content around property listings, project developments, company activities, events, promotions, and relevant industry topics.
• Ensure content is prepared and published according to agreed schedules.
• Coordinate content requirements with the sales, marketing, and management teams.
• Maintain a balance of promotional, educational, informative, and engaging content.

Audience Engagement & Community Management:

• Monitor audience comments, questions, reactions, and messages across social media platforms.
• Respond professionally to enquiries and direct potential clients to the appropriate sales channels.
• Encourage meaningful engagement through interactive content and audience-focused campaigns.
• Identify frequently asked questions and audience concerns that can inform future content.
• Maintain a professional online community that reflects the company’s brand values.

Trends & Competitor Monitoring:

• Monitor current social media trends, content formats, platform updates, and audience behavior.
• Identify relevant trends that can be adapted for the company’s brand.
• Monitor competitors’ social media activities and digital marketing approaches.
• Identify opportunities to improve the company’s online visibility and engagement.
• Keep up to date with changes in social media algorithms, tools, and platform features.

Analytics & Performance Reporting:

• Track social media performance across relevant platforms.
• Monitor reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, website traffic, leads, conversions, and campaign performance.
• Analyze content performance to identify successful topics, formats, and campaigns.
• Prepare regular social media performance reports.
• Provide recommendations based on analytics and audience insights.
• Use performance data to improve future content and campaigns.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop campaigns that support business objectives.
• Coordinate with management when developing promotional campaigns or major property announcements.
• Gather relevant property and project information required for content development.
• Support digital promotion of company events, projects, achievements, and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, content creation, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Practical knowledge of social media marketing and content strategy.
• Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Good understanding of audience engagement and digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of social media advertising and campaign management.
• Understanding of lead generation and digital sales funnels.
• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with Canva or similar content creation tools is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
