Job Summary

• MilkBooster Ltd is seeking a creative, innovative, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead and manage the company’s digital presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, growing online communities, increasing brand awareness, and supporting the company’s marketing objectives through strategic social media initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and audience preferences.
• Plan and execute campaigns that drive engagement, brand visibility, and customer acquisition.

Content Development and Management

• Create engaging multimedia content including graphics, videos, reels, and written posts.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all social media platforms.
• Develop and manage monthly content calendars and posting schedules.

Platform Management

• Manage the company’s social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and whatsapp.
• Monitor platform updates, trends, and algorithm changes to optimize performance.
• Respond promptly to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.

Community Engagement

• Build and nurture strong online communities through active engagement.
• Encourage audience participation and user-generated content.
• Maintain positive relationships with followers, influencers, and online communities.

Campaign Execution and Collaboration

• Execute social media campaigns for promotions, product launches, and company events.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure campaign success.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements where necessary.

Analytics and Reporting

• Track social media metrics and analyze campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Use analytics tools to optimize content and engagement strategies.

Influencer and Brand Management

• Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company’s branding guidelines.
• Support initiatives that strengthen brand reputation and online visibility.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and engagement strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in content creation tools, graphic design, or video editing is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
