Job Summary
- We are seeking a passionate and results - driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Officer to manage our online presence and generate qualified leads through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
Responsibilities
- Manage company social media pages &Create and post engaging product content and promotions.
- Respond to customer inquiries and generate qualified leads.
- Convert online traffic into potential customers for the sales team.
- Maintain daily communication with prospects via social media and WhatsApp.
- Track performance of posts and provide weekly reports.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc in any relevant field.
- Previous experience in digital marketing or as a social media manager.
- Experience managing pages & Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva is an advantage).
