Job Overview

• We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to elevate our real estate brand's digital presence.
• In this role, you will design engaging content, film property showcases and manage our online communities to attract potential buyers and investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Shoot and edit high-quality short-form video content, including property walkthroughs, Reels, and TikToks.
• Write compelling captions and real estate copy that drives engagement and lead generation.
• Manage online communities by responding to comments and direct messages promptly.
• Monitor social media analytics to track growth and optimise future content strategies.
• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, audio trends, and real estate insights.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator (Real Estate experience is a major plus).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing skills (using tools like CapCut, InShot, or Canva).
• Deep understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and community management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must reside within or very close to New Bodija, Ibadan, to facilitate frequent property visits for content filming.
• A sharp eye for visual aesthetics, photography, and storytelling.
