Social Media Manager at Crea8torium

About the Role

• At Crea8torium, we're building the number one ecosystem for creators in the world and our social presence is how the world meets us first. 
• As Social Media Manager, you'll be the person keeping that presence consistent and growing. 
• You'll manage our Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, execute the content calendar, write copy that lands, and stay close enough to culture that nothing relevant passes you by.

What You'll Do

• Daily Execution: Publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, owning the social media calendar.
• Copy Creation: Craft captions, hooks, titles, and descriptions that stop the scroll and drive engagement.
• Community Engagement: Manage comments and DMs, keeping our community alive!
• Platform Monitoring: Track metrics, flag what's working, and what can be improved on.
• Cultural Awareness: Know what's trending, what's dying, and what's next before everyone else does.

• Crea8torium's social channels grow consistently, show up authentically, and never go cold.

Requirements

The Kind Of Social Media Manager You Are:

• Proven experience managing social media for a brand with a portfolio to back it up.
• Strong copywriting skills across captions, hooks, titles, and descriptions.
• Solid understanding of how Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube each work.
• Comfortable with managing content calendars.
• Based in Lagos.
