Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ibadan for a Social Media Management Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for teaching learners how to build, manage, and grow brands across major social media platforms. The role involves designing and delivering practical lessons on content strategy, analytics, advertising, and community management. Additional duties include creating learning materials, mentoring students, monitoring progress, and offering constructive feedback to help learners excel in their digital marketing careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging lessons on social media management and digital marketing strategies
• Teach students how to use social media tools effectively to manage and grow online communities
• Guide students through hands-on projects and real-life case studies
• Evaluate student performance and provide mentorship and feedback
• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media for brands or clients
• Proficiency in social media platforms and tools such as:
• Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager
• Canva and CapCut for content creation
• Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or other social media analytics tools
• Buffer, Hotsuite, or Later for scheduling and planning
• Familiarity with SEO basics and content marketing principles
• Strong understanding of branding, content strategy, and digital storytelling
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Prior teaching or training experience is an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an added advantage 
• Passion for education and a commitment to helping learners grow professionally.
