What You’ll Do:

• Source and onboard small, medium and large scale business clients
• Promote and sell loan products (B2B)
• Conduct basic credit assessments and business visits
• Ensure timely loan processing and follow-up
• Hit monthly sales and repayment targets

What You Need:

• 2–5 years of loan sales or field marketing experience
• Strong sales, people, and communication skills
• Familiarity with lending or microfinance is a plus
• A can-do attitude and target-driven mindset
