SME Growth Manager at People Capacity Management

We are seeking the immediate employment of an experienced and versatile SME Growth Manager to take the startup to the next level. The individual will be primarily responsible for bringing more business opportunities to the company and carrying out credit appraisals of these opportunities to ensure positive portfolio performance and increased sales growth.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze potential SME credit applications
• Develop and write credit policy recommendations to management and advisory board members
• Monitor and evaluate business partner’s operations to ensure timely payment of returns and capital to the company
• Manage credit origination underwriting and funding for SME financial products and services
• Foster and develop relationships with SMEs and funding partners
• Coordinate due diligence, documentation reviews, negotiations and contract management on all financing opportunities
• Acquire new customers through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and using other sales techniques

Qualifications and Experience 

• 5+ years experience in a bank or a financial institution  
• Highly proficient in credit , business and financial analysis
• 3+ years experience selling and marketing SME banking or credit / loan products  
• Ability to coach and mentor others
