SME Banking Officer at Chanelle Microfinance Bank

Responsibilities :

• Identifying ,acquiring and managing a portfolio of SME clients, providing excellent customer service and building long term relationships.
• Analyse financial statments,assess credit worthiness,and evealuate risk to provide informed lending decisions
• Originate, structure and negotiate loan facilities for SME clients, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory
• Monitor and manage credit portfolio .
• Business development and marketing
• Stay up to date with the bank's SME product offerings and provide expert advice to clients on financial solutions tailored to their needs

Requirements;

• Bachelors degree in Business administration, finance, accounting or related field;
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in SME banking,credit anaysis,or related field.
• Excellent communication skills ,interpersonal,relationship - building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize multiple task
• strong business development and marketing skills.
