Small Business Banking Internship at Kredi Bank

Small Business Banking Interns will be responsible for:

• Agents acquisition.
• Managing transactions for Agents.
• Onboarding and deployment of POS terminals.
• Handling Agents inquiries and complaints, and ensuring the proper operation of point-of-sale systems
• Agents transaction turnover and POS deployment targets.

Qualifications:

• HND/OND/ND/SSCE
• Experience- Entry level.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow standard operating procedures
• Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to speak the local languages.
