Job Description

• Making sure all loaves are wrapped on time and only the products who meet standard specifications are put inside the standard wrappers
• All Rough Loaves are wrapped on time
• Carrying out production activities as instructed by the Production Supervisor.Maintaining a clean environment by cleaning the work area, wiping surfaces, and washing utensils and machinery after use.
• Resuming production on time to ensure timely availability of products.
• Ensuring that all products produced are of good quality.
• Adhering to the policies and culture laid down by the company.
• Alerting the Production Supervisor of any inconsistency in available resources or equipment.
• Adhering to other directives as given by the Production Supervisor.
• Supervising of other slicing assistant and ensuring they do as they are required
• Daily recording of the loaves that is being received from Baking Units.
• Ensure that report are submitted to the Account Department as at when due
• Ensuring loaves are issued using the Compliance Sheet
